Our Project

The IF project provides Alternative Education which aims to

Illuminate the world to young people and help them Flourish as individuals.

The Aims:

To Illuminate the world and enable young people to Flourish.

Using youth work skills we deliver programmes which encourage a growth mindset,

building of confidence, self-esteem, resilience and independent learning.

Our programmes are designed to develop group and team work skills, leadership skills and

life skills (managing money, healthy lifestyles, career development).

We want to help young people to not only find their voice but to learn how to use it to make a difference, rise to challenges and cope with tough times along with the good.

What do we deliver?

We deliver the Princes Trust Achieve programme in

Personal Development and Employability Skills.

This can be delivered as an Award, Certificate or Diploma,

at Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Level 2.

The Certificate or Diploma programme can be timetabled into a schools curriculum as an option block over 2 years starting in year 10 or 3 years starting in year 9.

The award can also be delivered as a short course over a term.

We also provide short courses on various topics called #IF.

Courses delivered to date have been #Growth, #Cook, #Team, #Money.

These usually run in after school clubs or in youth clubs.
